Michelle joined Iron Mountain in 2018 and leads our team of Technical Pre-Sales experts. She works directly and indirectly in understanding our customers’ digital challenges and designing innovative solutions.
As a solution minded, results-oriented leader, Michelle has experience with high-quality designs, setting the example for the team and representing the region passionately. Before joining Iron Mountain, she had a customer focussed career working in Digital Solutions representing many customers for digital hosting, digital mailroom and digitisation programmes.
Michelle prides herself on being an inspirational leader, supporting team members in using and growing their experience, and putting the customer first, really understanding their needs and solving their challenges.
