Catriona is a Partner and Director of Product and Innovation at Weightmans and ensures delivery of products and innovation that are aligned to client needs and Weightmans’ overall strategy. She is an accidental lawyer and fell into innovation, growing an award-winning team. Catriona is always learning and is particularly interested in the skills of future lawyers but is unsure on the Metaverse. Catriona is co-authoring a book about innovation in law firms, which includes all the practical aspects she wished she had known about at the start of her innovation ‘journey’ (including how long it takes to write a book).
