With over 25 years’ experience within the Telecoms industry, Am has worked for various service providers and Telco’s before starting Resonate. He has extensive experience in the Unified Communications industry having been on the Microsoft Unified communications journey from its earliest incarnations and seeing it mature to where it is today.
Am has been fortunate to work on the cutting edge of technology, often being the first to market new solutions and pushing the boundaries to address business challenges and replace legacy systems.
In recent years he has specialised in the launch and development of solutions for major enterprises using Microsoft Teams as a platform to provide more value to customers by integrating it to Power Platform and generative AI to automate and drive even more value for organisations
