Netlaw Media is delighted that you will be delivering a presentation at ‘The British Legal Technology Forum’ – Europe’s leading legal IT event taking place on the 14th May 2024 at The Old Billingsgate in London.

Following your acceptance and to enable us to include the correct details on all conference materials for this event, please kindly complete the below form as soon as possible.

Please note that Netlaw Media cannot publish any speakers information, without completion of the below. The information provided will be published across all conference materials and promotions for this event (digital and print collateral).

Important Information / Deadlines
As a speaker of the upcoming event, please find below information that Netlaw Media requires prior to the listed deadlines.

As soon as possible:
Deadline to submit a photo and biography for inclusion on the event website (via form below)

Tuesday 16th April 2024
Final Deadline to confirm final presentation title and a bullet point synopsis, for inclusion in the onsite show guide (final date for any changes via form below)

Friday 26th April 2024
Final Deadline to submit  – Speaker PowerPoint Presentation Slides

Should a speaker fail to confirm their presentation title and bullet point presentation synopsis,  this could result in exclusion from the onsite agenda within the show guide and all printed materials at the event. In some cases failure to confirm presentation titles and bullet points may result in the cancellation of your participation in the event.

By agreeing to participate in the event, the signatory gives Netlaw Media the right to use the participants biography, photo, presentation content, presentation slides and photos taken during for event and company promotion.

Speaker Expense Claims

Netlaw Media offers to reimburse speakers travel expenses should travelling to and from the event be made via public transport and an intention of claim be received by Netlaw Media prior to the event.

Expenses will be reimbursed only upon the receipt of an invoice for travelling which must be accompanied by the original travel ticket or pass to and from the event on the day of the event, or the day previous and leaving on the day of the event. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed to a maximum of £80 per speaker, per event and will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt of invoice and original travel ticket / pass.

Claims for expenses are limited to public transport and will not be paid for any expenses including but not limited to flights, petrol, automobile wear and tear, meals, refreshments, accommodation, loss of work time, stolen or lost items etc. Expenses other than public transport costs will not be paid unless agreed in writing by a Director of Netlaw Media prior to the event.

All claims for travel expenses must be received by Netlaw Media no later than 14 days following the event.
