
Conrad Davies was elected Osborne Clarke UK managing partner from 1st January 2023.
Client relationships are central to his focus. He believes in challenging the conventional, encouraging curiosity and taking an entrepreneurial approach to the firm’s clients and their objectives and markets.

Prior to his appointment, Conrad launched and led the international Urban Dynamics team which is focused on supporting clients on the legal impacts, challenges and business opportunities arising from the rapid changes taking place in modern cities, particularly around the future of work and living, smart cities and urban mobility.
Conrad joined Osborne Clarke in 2004 and has been a partner since 2011. He spent a decade leading its international real estate sector team and has been a regular speaker on issues involving the intersection between corporate law, technology and real estate.
He is passionate about making sure that Osborne Clarke continues to keep its clients ahead of the curve and be a firm where its people are proud of who they are, as well as what they do.
