
Andrew is responsible for setting and implementing the firm’s IT and information security strategies.
Having originally trained as an architect, he has spent two decades leading legal technology teams in Edinburgh and London, joining Macfarlanes in 2016. He has a particular interest in cyber security, the adoption of SaaS in law firms, agile working and the evolving role of the office.
Recognised as a member of CIO100UK, he is a Chartered Fellow of the BCS, the co-chair of ILTA’s Europe Programming Committee, and a member of legal technology innovation group, LITIG.
