
As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Alan Taylor is responsible for Litera’s inorganic growth and acquisition integration efforts. He focuses on continually adding value to and expanding Litera’s industry-leading ecosystem by staying at the forefront of legal technology innovation and customer needs.
Alan has over a decade of experience investing in and scaling enterprise software businesses across multiple verticals, serving leadership roles in corporate development, finance, investor relations, and sales. Before Litera, Alan was part of the executive leadership team at PowerSchool, which scaled the business from $100 million to over $600 million in revenue through a combination of organic growth initiatives and over 15 acquisitions. He also has experience investing in legal technology through add-on acquisitions for Mitratech and Aderant earlier in his career.
Alan has a B.S. degree in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
