London based Law firm Macfarlanes has selected Mobliciti’s Virtual Mobile Manager (VMM) service for ongoing management of their mobile airtime contract. The agreement will see Mobliciti optimise Macfarlanes’ airtime contract and deliver improved control and reporting.
Macfarlanes was looking for a solution to provide in-depth reporting and analysis of usage across their mobile estate in order to control costs and manage data usage.
Macfarlanes selected Mobliciti as they were impressed with the levels of reporting available within their VMM Inview portal, and the fact it can be added as an overlay to an existing mobile airtime contract.
Mobliciti’s VMM is designed for businesses that require hands-on and experienced support to ensure that mobile services, costs, and usage are optimised and proactively managed on an ongoing basis.
Andrew Powell, CIO, Macfarlanes said:“Whilst we are happy with the performance of our existing carrier network, the reporting they provide does not encourage proactive fleet management. VMM operates as an overlay and gives us the information we need to get the best value from our carrier. We have been particularly impressed with the monthly health checks which provide insight into usage across our fleet and highlight opportunities for savings.”
Shane Taylor, CEO, Mobliciti said:
“We are delighted Macfarlanes has chosen our VMM service to manage their mobile airtime consumption moving forward. Having worked with the firm to remotely refresh their mobile device estate during lockdown, it’s great to now extend our VMM service to their airtime contract to ensure costs are kept under control. This is especially important with users now on the move using data-intensive video and with 5G on the horizon.”
